The governments of Spain and Catalonia, together with the trade unions, endorse the electromobility HUB proposal made by QEV Technologies, of which Inzile AB (publ) (“Inzile”) owns 19,64 %. The HUB will be located in the previous Nissan factory in the Free Zone of the Port of Barcelona.

Inzile is a direct part of the winning HUB proposal, and will therefore have all the facilities for design and scale production of its new vehicles at its disposal.

It is a great bet by the Spanish authorities on QEV Technologies and Inzile. Spain has recently been granted more than EUR 3 Billion in European funds for electromobility.

 – This is a great step forward for the new Inzile group, enabling us to scale up our production of new electric vehicles for our selected customer segments, says Yago Mendez, CEO of Inzile.

Attached is a complete report published by one of Spain’s main newspapers.
